The rabbits are fed on Burgess Excel rabbit pellets and the guinea pigs on
Gerty Guinea Pig mix.

All animals receive a plentiful supply of spring greens, carrots, celery, apples and broccoli with lots of fresh grass in the summer.

Housing
Our rabbits are housed in hutches which are either 4 or 5 feet long by 2 feet deep and 2 feet high, which gives them plenty of room to hop, stretch and go up on their hind legs.

All go out in runs on the lawn in the summer.

Guinea pigs are kept in 4 foot by 18 inch by 18 inch hutches.

The bedding is wood shavings and a plentiful supply of hay is always available.
Hutches are cleaned out twice a week, mums with babies running around are cleaned out daily.
We also feed either Spillers Readigrass, Burgess Supa Forage or
Dodson & Horrell Just Grass, which is chopped dry grass.

Good quality fresh hay is available at all times.
Food and hutches
Fresh water is always available from a water bottle.
